Any form of return, exchange or refund request (including but not limited to size, color, function mismatch or changes in personal preference).
Goods that have been opened, used or have damaged labels.
Exception: If the goods you receive are damaged during transportation or have manufacturer defects (such as loose wires or hardware malfunctions), please provide photo/video evidence to the customer service email takeity@omsebackpack.com within 48 hours after signing for the goods.
