- Place of shipment and delivery time
Shipping country: All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Albania.
Processing time: After placing an order, we will complete the inventory preparation and shipment within 15 to 30 working days (the specific time depends on the inventory situation).
International shipping: The package will be sent via DHL/UPS/ local post office (select the best channel based on the destination). The logistics tracking number will be sent to your email after shipment. - Delivery range and cost
Global delivery: Supports most countries/regions. The checkout page will automatically calculate the shipping fee.
Free shipping threshold: Orders over $99 enjoy free standard shipping (except for some remote areas).
Duties and taxes: The destination customs may impose import duties, which shall be borne by the recipient themselves. - Logistics tracking and delay

In case of force majeure factors such as extreme weather and customs inspection, delivery may be delayed. We apologize for any inconvenience. - Unreceived package processing
